• What’s the difference between UI design and UX design, and do you do both?
  UX design is the architecture — the structure, logic, and flow of how a product works. UI design is the execution — the visual language, components, and interactions that make it feel intuitive and polished. We work across both because separating them produces worse outcomes for everyone.
• Do you work on mobile apps as well as web products?
  Yes. We design for web, mobile web, and native mobile (iOS and Android). Most of our clients have products that live across multiple surfaces, and we design systems that work consistently across all of them.
• How do you handle handoff to engineering?
  We deliver production-ready Figma files with organised components, documented design tokens, and annotated specs. For clients using Webflow, we can build directly. For others, we stay involved during the build phase to review implementation against design intent.
• Can you redesign an existing product rather than starting from scratch?
  Most of our work is on existing products, not greenfield builds. Redesigns require understanding what exists, why it was built that way, and what can change without disrupting existing users. This is where our experience across 100+ products is most valuable.
