A full business-building collaboration – from market positioning and partner program to website transformation and product redesign – that turned a technically capable AI platform into a commercially compelling market force.
9 months

Viking Analytics had built something genuinely impressive – MultiViz, an AI-powered predictive maintenance platform capable of monitoring large industrial asset fleets across multiple sensor types. The technology worked. The commercial story did not match it.
The website was not structured around how buyers actually make decisions. The product experience did not fully reflect the sophistication of the underlying technology. The partner model was more ambition than infrastructure. And the messaging was not landing consistently across the different customer types and sales contexts that Viking Analytics needed to serve.
The gap between the product and how it was being presented to the market was costing them commercially – in longer sales cycles, in demos that did not generate the clarity needed to move deals forward, and in a partner channel that had no real enablement behind it.

We embedded with the Viking Analytics team over an extended engagement – running workshops, joining customer and prospect conversations, working through the full business system before touching a single design file.
We rebuilt Viking Analytics' entire public-facing presence from the ground up – rethinking the site structure, segmenting the offer around specific customer types, and writing messaging that spoke directly to how each of them buys. Deep SEO and search-intent analysis shaped the architecture. We defined the structure, wrote the copy, shaped the brand direction, produced the visual design and imagery, and launched in Webflow. A blog content layer strengthened authority in industrial reliability, vibration analysis, predictive maintenance, and AI-based monitoring.
Partnerships are central to how Viking Analytics grows. We ran dedicated workshops to map the partner ecosystem, clarify which partner types to prioritise, and build the structure needed to make the channel scale. The output was a complete partner program – logic, partner categories, enablement materials, sales decks, and a partner portal. A loose commercial ambition turned into a structured growth channel.
MultiViz needed to feel as sophisticated as it actually was. Working through workshops, internal reviews, customer conversations, and partner input, we redesigned the product to be more intuitive, more differentiated, and more immediately valuable in demos. The result is a platform that helps analysts monitor large asset fleets, identify where attention is needed, and make faster maintenance decisions – and a product story that now supports the sales cycle rather than slowing it down.

Viking Analytics now presents a clearer, more scalable market proposition. The website is structured around real buying journeys and customer types. The partner channel has commercial infrastructure behind it. And MultiViz 2.0 – rebuilt in close collaboration with users, reliability engineers, and partners – is positioned as the platform it always had the potential to be.
The gap between the technology and the market story is closed.
