Up Strategy Lab is based in Gothenburg. We’re active in the local tech and design community — hosting design meetups, collaborating with founders, and working with companies across the Göteborg ecosystem. The city punches well above its size in deep tech, automotive software, logistics, and industrial SaaS. What’s less developed is the specialist UX design capacity to match.
