Your marketing department, on a monthly budget

Most B2B companies with 20 to 200 people don't have a marketing department. Marketing ends up with the CEO and the sales team, in the hours left over. We become that department: a senior team that plans the work, does it, and reports on what it brought in.

Built for companies that sell to other companies

  • No marketing team yet

You're growing, but marketing is nobody's full-time job. We are the whole department.

  • One marketer, too much to do

Your marketer sets direction; we add strategy, design, writing and web development next to them.

  • About to hire

A team can start next week, while a new hire is still serving notice. Many clients keep us after the hire, for the heavy lifting.

Everything a small marketing department does

We agree the priorities each month and use the time where it moves sales most. The level you choose decides how much time we have, not what we're allowed to do.

  • Strategy and a monthly plan.

Who you sell to, what you say, and which channels are worth the time.

  • Website.

New pages, landing pages, updates, speed and conversion work. Webflow or your current platform.

  • SEO and AI search.

Pages and articles that answer what your buyers search for, on Google and in AI assistants.

  • Content in Swedish and English.

Articles, case studies, newsletters and LinkedIn posts, written by our editors.

  • Ads.

Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, set up and run by us. Media spend is billed separately.

  • Sales material.

Presentations, one-pagers, offer templates and videos your sales team will actually use.

  • Design.

Brand, illustrations, social graphics and product visuals, all in one style.

  • Reporting.

A short report every month on what we did and what came of it.

How a month works

  1. Plan.

A 30-minute call at the start of the month. We agree the three to five things that matter most.

  2. Build.

We do the work. You review what needs your eye; we decide the rest.

  3. Publish.

Pages, posts, ads and material go live on an agreed rhythm.

  4. Report.

A one-page summary and a call at month end. We adjust the next month from what the numbers show.

We start with a workshop on your business, your buyers and your sales process. Nothing gets designed before we understand how you sell.

Three levels, one team

  • Essentials

    SEK 35,000 a month

    about 30 hours

For keeping the website, content and LinkedIn moving every month.

  • Growth

    SEK 60,000 a month

    about 50 hours

For companies that want steady inbound leads: website, SEO, content, ads and sales material. Most chosen.

  • Scale

    SEK 95,000 a month

    about 80 hours

A full marketing department, including campaigns, larger web projects and several markets.

Prices exclude VAT and media spend. One month's notice; we recommend at least three months so the work has time to show results. Hours don't roll over, and priorities are set together each month.

What it has done for others

  • Optimal Kommunikation

Their old website brought in no leads at all, and every new customer came from cold calls. We rebuilt the site and now run their SEO, AI search and ads: we are the only marketing they use. Today the website brings in 70 to 90 qualified leads a month, and net sales have grown from SEK 53 million to SEK 124 million.

  • Sourcing Allies

Sourcing Allies had no website when we met in 2018. Today we are their marketing department. The website brings in about one qualified enquiry a day, in a market where they went from invisible to first for "sourcing in China".

  • Blimp

A website project that became a monthly growth partnership. Organic clicks up 93% and average Google position from 19.1 to 8.6.

Senior people who have built companies themselves

You don't get a junior account manager and a team you never meet. You get people who have spent 20 years building B2B companies, from a first customer in Gothenburg to customers in more than 30 countries. They know what a new client costs to win.

  • Daniel Nilsson

    Daniel Nilsson

    co-founder, growth and sales

20+ years building B2B companies, and three exits. His first company, a student magazine he co-founded at university, was sold to Metro in 2007. He was COO of Cryptzone from launch to 850 customers in 34 countries, now part of Appgate, and CCO of Appland when OnMobile acquired it.

  • Noel Braganza

    Noel Braganza

    co-founder, design

Interaction designer from the MIT Design Lab, former Design Director at The Techno Creatives, and the designer behind MuchSkills, which won a Red Dot Design Award in 2020. He has designed more than 50 digital products used by millions of people.

  • Colleen Braganza

    Colleen Braganza

    lead content strategist

Two decades as an editor and writer at English-language newspapers, including the Hindustan Times and DNA. She leads our editors, which is why international companies trust us with copy that has to read perfectly in English.

  • A team that builds

Designers, Webflow developers, editors and AI specialists who work as one team with you. We have designed for more than 40 B2B companies and built five of our own. MuchSkills is one of them. It won a Red Dot Design Award in 2020, it is a Major Contender in Everest Group's PEAK Matrix 2026, and more than 100,000 professionals use it. We test everything on ourselves first.

We have had to find customers ourselves, many times. That is why everything we do is judged by one thing: does it help you sell more?

Questions we often get

How fast can you start?

Usually within a week. We begin with a half-day workshop, then the first month's plan.

Do we have to use Webflow?

No. We work in Webflow, our own stack and most common CMSs. If a move would help, we'll say so, with a reason.

What if we already have a marketer?

Then we work next to them. They set direction and own the relationships; we add capacity and skills they don't have.

Is media spend included?

No. Ad budgets are paid directly to Google, LinkedIn and others, so you always see what the media cost.

Can we change level?

Yes, from one month to the next.

Who will we work with?

A named lead from our team, with designers, editors and developers behind them. Noel and Daniel are involved in every client.

Do you write in Swedish?

Yes. Our editors write in Swedish and English.

Let's look at your marketing together

Book an hour with Noel. We'll look at your website and your sales, and tell you what we would do first. It costs nothing.
