written notes within a week. If you want help, we'll suggest a next step and a price; if not, the notes are yours.

Noel Braganza
Co-Founder - Design
Noel Braganza co-founded Up Strategy Lab and leads our design. He is an interaction designer who worked at the MIT Design Lab in Cambridge, Massachusetts, was Design Director at Swedish technology studio The Techno Creatives, and designed MuchSkills from the first sketch to a Red Dot Design Award in 2020. He has designed more than 50 digital products used by millions of people.
Questions we often get
Is it really free?
Yes. It's how we meet the teams we'd like to work with. There is no obligation.
What do we need to prepare?
A link, a demo account or a screen share is enough. It helps if you tell us who your buyers are and what you'd like them to do.
Who will be in the meeting?
Noel, and Daniel if you'd like a commercial view too. On your side, whoever owns the product: often the CEO, CPO or CTO.
Can we do it in Swedish?
Yes. Book Daniel, or tell us when you book and Daniel will join.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send it before the meeting and we'll sign it.
Is the product too early, or too big?
If you have something people can click on, it's not too early. We have worked with pre-launch startups and with companies selling to global enterprises.
Our product is very technical. Will you understand it?
That's the kind of product we like. We work with companies behind industrial monitoring platforms, radiation-hardened processors and AI tools, and we start by understanding the business before we design anything.
What happens after the hour?
You get written notes within a week. If you want help, we suggest a next step and a price. If not, the notes are yours to use.
Can you do it in person?
Yes, in Gothenburg or at your office in western Sweden. Otherwise over video.
