Your product moved on. Your website didn't.

The engineering is years ahead of how the company explains itself, so buyers turn up to the first meeting still unsure what you do. Most refreshes fix the look and leave the explaining to your sales team.

Story first, then Webflow

  1. 01

    Positioning before pixels

We start with who your best buyers are and what they need to hear, so engineers and procurement both see why you beat the alternatives.

  2. 02

    Clear without dumbing down

We learn the technology quickly and ask the right questions. Your engineers don't lose weeks briefing us, and your datasheets stay off the homepage.

  3. 03

A CMS your marketing team runs

Case studies, news and product pages sit in Webflow CMS collections with ready templates. Marketing publishes in minutes, without a developer ticket.

  4. 04

    Components, not one-off pages

We build a library of reusable sections, so your team can put together a new landing page that still looks like one company.

  5. 05

    One site, several markets

Separate vertical pages, localised content and page-level SEO settings let each market find you, all under one brand.

A partner who stays after the site goes live

A website refresh often surfaces bigger questions: the name, the product experience, a partner channel that never sells. We work on them alongside your team and stay on while people get used to the new site.

Viking Analytics: one nine-month engagement covering the website and go-to-market, a partner programme and the rebuilt MultiViz 2.0 predictive-maintenance platform.

The website is usually the first thing we fix. It's rarely the last.

  • Positioning and brand that stop buyers comparing you on price
  • Digital product design, so the product explains itself as well as the site does
  • Partner programmes built on a methodology used by more than 150,000 people, including teams at Canon and Tele2 IoT
  • AI tools your team uses day to day, not a strategy deck

What happens when the website finally makes sense

  • +777%

Website traffic up 100% year on year, and direct sales leads from equestrian buyers up 777%.

  • 70–90

From no web leads before 2019 to 70–90 qualified leads a month. Net sales grew from SEK 53 million to SEK 124 million between 2020 and 2024.

  • under 6 months

Sales lead time cut from 2 years to under 6 months, and cost per lead from $2,000 to $100.

  • We highly recommend Up Strategy Lab. They are exceptionally professional, efficient, and highly responsive to their clients' needs. Their ability to understand and deliver on the client's requirements makes them an excellent partner to work with.

  • We used to find our own clients by picking up the phone and calling them. Six years after bringing in Up Strategy Lab, revenue has more than doubled and customers are finding us. We went from 0 web leads to 90 high quality leads every month. We would never have been able to grow without Up Strategy Lab.

  • It has been great working with UpStrategy over the last 4 years. From a complete rebranding of our company to a new website and partner/distributor portal they handled everything and went above and beyond what was expected. We have definitely seen an improvement in how our business presents on the web and in person. Our marketing pieces are cohesive and look amazing. Our social media has been performing very well as far as generating web based leads for our sales staff. I would definitely recommend UpStrategy to anyone looking to rebrand. They handled everything from website to marketing materials to social media. Everything is organized and looks inviting.

Ask these so your redesign wins leads, not compliments

Is there a Webflow agency in Gothenburg for B2B companies?

Yes. Up Strategy Lab is a B2B design and strategy studio based at Nordhemsgatan 56 in Gothenburg, founded in 2018. We design and build Webflow websites for technology and industrial companies with complex products, and we also handle the positioning, brand and product design around them. Clients include Viking Analytics, Frontgrade Gaisler, FreePower and Mentice.

Do I need a Webflow agency near me, or can it work remotely?

You don't need a Webflow agency on your doorstep. We're based in Gothenburg but work with clients across Europe, the US and Asia, alongside in-house teams wherever they are. If you're in western Sweden, we're happy to meet in person. Everyone else gets the same team over video calls.

How long does a Webflow website redesign take?

It depends on how much of the story needs rethinking. Our published projects have run from one month (Lolo) to over a year (CapillaryFlow). For Frontgrade Gaisler, a maker of radiation-hardened microprocessors, the brand evolution, website, information architecture and aerospace and defence SEO took six months. A website-only Webflow project usually takes four to six weeks for a small or mid-sized site, longer for bigger set-ups. On our own stack (Vercel and Payload CMS) it is two to four weeks end to end.

Can our own team edit the Webflow site after launch?

Yes. Every Webflow site we build lets your marketing team publish pages, case studies and news in the CMS without a developer. We don't hand it over and disappear: we stay on through adoption after launch, and many clients keep working with us to improve results. Handover training and documentation are always included, and we can keep looking after the site on a monthly retainer sized to what you need.

What is the difference between a Webflow design studio and a web developer?

A web developer builds the site you describe. A Webflow design studio like ours starts earlier, with who your buyers are, what they need to hear and how your product should be positioned, then designs and builds the site around that. One gives you a site that's easier to look at; the other brings in qualified leads.
